3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment process

Enrollment in the 12-Week Tech Sales Pro Program is completed via the enrollment form on our website. Submission of an enrollment form does not guarantee a place. We will confirm your enrollment by email once your application has been reviewed and payment received.

Fees and payment

Program fees are as stated on the website at the time of enrollment. All fees are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We accept debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

Payment plans

Where a monthly payment plan is offered, you authorise us to charge the agreed instalments on the agreed dates. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access to the program until payment is received.

Cohort dates

Cohort start dates are confirmed at enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust cohort dates by up to 7 days for operational reasons. We will notify affected students at least 14 days in advance of any such adjustment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our full Refund Policy is available at imoyeacademy.com/refund. Key terms include:

  • Full refunds are available within 7 days of payment, provided the cohort has not yet started.
  • A 50% refund is available between 8 and 14 days before a cohort start date.
  • No refunds are issued after a cohort has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
  • You may defer your enrollment to the next available cohort once, within 6 months of your original cohort date.

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your enrollment application and any program-related submissions.
  • Participate in good faith and engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials issued to you for our platform or student portal.

We reserve the right to remove any student from a program without refund if, in our sole judgement, their conduct materially violates these responsibilities or creates a hostile environment for others.
