Refund Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026. We want you to feel confident enrolling. Here's exactly how refunds and deferrals work.
Imoye Academy is committed to delivering exceptional value in every program we offer. We also understand that circumstances change. This Refund Policy sets out your options clearly , no ambiguity, no small print.
To request a refund or deferral, email info@imoyeacademy.com with the subject line “Refund Request” or “Deferral Request”, including your full name and enrollment reference.
1. 12-Week Tech Sales Pro Program
Full refund , within 7 days of payment
If you request a refund within 7 days of your payment date and your cohort has not yet commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. No questions asked.
50% refund , 8 to 14 days before cohort start
If your 7-day window has passed but your cohort has not yet started, you may request a refund up to 14 days before the cohort start date. In this case, a 50% refund of your total fees paid will be issued. The remaining 50% covers the preparation, onboarding resources, and administrative costs already incurred.
No refund , after cohort commencement
Once a cohort has started, no refund is available. At that point, your cohort access, live class materials, playbooks, and instructor time have been fully committed. We encourage you to review the deferral option below if you are unable to continue.
Exceptions may be considered in cases of documented medical emergency or bereavement. Please contact us with supporting documentation and we will assess your situation individually.
Payment plan enrollees
If you enrolled on an instalment plan:
- Within the 7-day window: any instalments paid to date will be refunded in full.
- After 7 days but before cohort start: 50% of total fees paid to date will be refunded. Future instalments are cancelled.
- After cohort start: no refund of fees paid. Future scheduled instalments are still due if you choose to continue; if you withdraw, any outstanding instalments are waived.
2. Corporate Sales Academy (CSA)
Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the total program fee is required to confirm a CSA booking. This deposit is non-refundable once the onboarding and preparation process has commenced.
Balance refund , 14+ days before delivery
If your organisation cancels or withdraws 14 or more days before the agreed delivery start date, the balance (fees paid beyond the deposit) will be refunded in full.
No refund , within 13 days of delivery
Cancellations within 13 days of the delivery start date forfeit the entire program fee. By this point, significant preparation, customisation, and scheduling resources have been committed.
Rescheduling
Corporate clients may reschedule a confirmed delivery date once, provided the new date is within 60 days of the original date and notice is given at least 21 days in advance. Rescheduling requests within 21 days of the delivery date will be treated as cancellations under the policy above.
3. Deferrals , 12-Week Program
We understand life happens. If you are unable to participate in your enrolled cohort, you may request a one-time deferral to the next available cohort, subject to the following conditions:
- Deferral must be requested before your cohort commences.
- The deferred cohort must start within 6 months of your original cohort date.
- Each enrollment is entitled to one deferral only. A second deferral is not available.
- If the program fee has changed for the new cohort, you will not be charged the difference , you have locked in the fee you originally paid.
If you do not take up the deferred cohort within the 6-month window, your enrollment will lapse and no refund or further deferral will be available.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Where the original payment was made by bank transfer, we will request your bank details separately.
We do not issue refunds in cash or via a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction.
5. How to Request
Send an email to info@imoyeacademy.com with:
- Subject: “Refund Request” or “Deferral Request”
- Your full name
- Enrollment reference or payment confirmation number
- The program you enrolled in and your cohort start date
- The reason for your request (required for deferral; helpful for refunds)
We will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a decision within 3 business days.
